If you haven’t been around this week then this is just for you. Here’s what’s been going on at Healthy Lifestyles Living over the last week. Hope you enjoy the articles!
You only get one life and I strongly suggest you follow your heart in life and business. You’re going through life thinking everything is fine, if a little bit tough. Then something starts to happen, you feel it stirring deep in your gut. You don’t know what it is at first, and you try to ignore it. But it begins to fester and to grow. You realise life needs to be more than it is right now, to this point you have followed a route that seemed safe, that maybe others have guided you down. But now everything within you is raising questions, challenging you to step up and make far more of this time in your life, to no longer allow yourself to be less than you can be.
Playing sports is something many love to do, I for one love to take up sport as a great way to keep fit. For others it is something they loved doing when they were younger, but long ago they just stopped and the opportunity hasn’t arisen where they have started actively participating once again. And this is such a shame.
This post was suppose to be short and sweet today with my top 5 never give up songs. Keep an eye out (or ear) for them right here at healthy lifestyles living.
At some point everyone has experienced tiredness after eating. I’m sure many of you have on Christmas Day chowed down on huge Christmas dinners where you have kept going putting food down your mouth for a marathon straight two hours. Devouring plates of turkey, beef, sausages, potatoes , stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce and a wide array of vegetables. After polishing off your main course you then find the room for desserts ranging from Christmas pudding, mince pies and other delicious creamy gateaux’s.
