When it comes to healthy living we all know what we should be doing so today I challenge you to take the healthy lifestyle quiz and see what you are actually doing to lead a healthy lifestyle.

It’s hard to lead a healthy lifestyle, if it was easy we would all be doing it and the ever growing health problems due to our diet and lifestyle wouldn’t exist. The sad fact is we all can become victims to a few bad habits here and there which overtime accumulate to having a major negative impact on our health.

I can even hold my hands up here and say I am not perfect. When I had to take some time out due to my eye operation I succumbed to the convenience of takeaways and ready meals and generally did nothing as far as exercising was concerned. This resulted in a (once incredibly fit) gym owner and fitness professional turning into a middle aged, overweight and generally unhealthy man. The good news is its never too late to get healthy. I’m lucky and know exactly what I need to do to get back to my good ol’ healthy days and it’s something I work on every single day and with time I am seeing positive results.
