Take control over your thoughts

Do you allow your thoughts to empower you or do they instead bring you to a place of anger, disappointment and many of those negative emotions that bring you down and take your stress levels through the roof.

What about the way you look at things happening in your life. Do you see just the bad of what occurs? Life can at times seem to be so unfair, facing difficulties and struggles. So often you feel like you’re trying to walk up a steep slope with a rucksack on your back filled with bricks. Nothing seems to go right. You are desperate for things to turn around and improve but you are certain they won’t and you just see in your mind everything getting worse.

And there’s the problem. The saying that I truly believe is ‘you get what you see.’ The Law of Attraction tells us that if we emit negative energy we get negative energy back. So by focusing on your problems and those negative expectations you have for the future you are bringing to yourself more of the same.

We are all responsible for how our lives turn out whether we accept this responsibility or not. We have nothing or no one to blame for how things work out. It’s time you made the decision to take responsibility and therefore control over your life and be driven by your dreams for the future not your nightmares of it. Yes I’m telling you that we can each make a life to be proud of where we find happiness and success no matter where we are right now.

You need to change your perspective.

Imagine a life of possibilities the things you still do that will completely transform your life. You know you simply won’t change anything by feeling sorry for yourself, blaming others for your misfortunes or focusing on more dark days ahead.

This week hasn’t been easy for me. In fact a few very difficult situations have occurred. They’re not what I either wanted to happen neither did I expect them. I could quite easily spend all my time and energy thinking about them and nothing else but if I did I would be neglecting all the things I need to do to further develop my life and the business that will change the lives of others.  By focusing on the bad I’d get nowhere and just get overcome with negativity. By focusing on the second I’m filling myself with positivity and excitement. It’s a simple choice. That’s right it’s a choice and I choose to focus on the good and not the bad.

You too can make the same choice in your life focusing on the positives and driving your life forward.

    Our mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive. We should try only thing positive thoughts and see us as a winner. Thanks Larry for sharing your tips:)
