Why Complicate Life?

Life really doesn’t have to be complicated. Yet more often than not we find ways to complicate it.
You see life is not complicated. We make it that way.

We spend most of our waking hours at work, and rarely get to spend time thinking about where we are going in life.

There can be no doubts that our lives could be simpler and less complicated, yet we let our lives become way to complicated.
It’s a natural consequence of some common factors that affect most of you.

  • You don’t know what you really want in life.
  • You don’t have a clear sense of purpose in your life.
  • You are unclear to what your talents and skills are.
  • You fear missing out on something. So you say yes to everything.
  • You seek distractions from the challenges of life.

But your life is yours. You are the one in control and you get to choose what you will and will not do. If you didn’t complicate your life you could design it virtually perfectly.

Taking time to uncomplicate your life will give you more time to spend on those things that are important to you.

So it’s essential that you devote some time each day to yourself to get to know who you are, so you can decide what you want out of life.

Once you know what you want, we can then strategically formulate a plan to get it. Once the plan is in place, it is then much easier to slot it into our daily lives. By doing this, we have consciously and sub-consciously made it important to ourselves.

You will throw out those activities that previously you’ve spent so much time on but which are contributing nothing to your life.

Too often you attempt to protect yourself from being hurt. You build an image to present to the world and hide your real self’s. You never let the cloak slip. And you end up doing what’s expected of you, what others demand.

You never get the chance to do what you actually want to do, what you feel driven towards in your heart. Your life is driven by fear and not by love.

Yet when you do what you love, follow your heart, take risks your life will simplify and be filled with energy and enthusiasm.

So now it’s time to be yourself. DO you know how to?
