What’s Holding You Back

Is life working out the way you want it to?

Are you fulfilling your potential?

Achieving all those dreams you imagined when you were much younger?

Are you being all you can be?

If you are answering no to these questions, can you clearly determine what it is that’s been holding you back.

In order to push your life forward and to achieve better results with your life, you must identify the obstacles that have been standing in your way.

I’ll give you an example. I had problems with my boiler this weekend. It wasn’t working so that meant I had neither hot water nor heating. I wanted both. So the solution that had to be found was to investigate what was stopping the boiler working. Knowing this would enable the boiler to work and then there would be heating and hot water available to me.  The same applies to your life, find the obstruction, and remove it so as to release your full personal power.

Personal power is the combined strength of all you can be, which collaborates to bring vitality to your life even during difficult times. Having personal powers means you draw from your inner resources what you need to perform at your best.

Many of you will sit there thinking, well if I could find the answer to what’s holding me back, don’t you think I’d have fixed it by now.

Well I’m going to make it easy for you to discover your answer.

First stop looking outside to find the obstacle. It’s not going to be an external factor, circumstances, event or other person responsible for you not achieving the life you want.

Secondly, start looking at yourself, because you’re responsible for the results you produce, and more often than not you are your own worst enemy.

Self-limiting thoughts and behaviours are normally what holds us back! Self-limiting beliefs are those things you believe about yourself that place limitations upon yourself.

Thoughts such as:

I’m just a bad (add a word);

I can’t do (add a word)

I’ll never be (add a word)

I’m wasting time trying to be a (add a word)

Always talking yourself down, giving up to easily all the time.

I assure you, when you go through many of the struggles you go through in your life, most of it comes from your self-limiting beliefs.

You have to replace your negative limiting thoughts and behaviours with positive ones.

So I’m saying maybe the reason you’re not reaching your goals is  simply you’re sabotaging yourself.

We each have a choice. Instead of sabotaging yourself, support yourself.

Only when you believe the impossible is achievable, and you believe this with 100% certainty will you then move your life forward, and probably this will be at a fast pace from then on.
