Start making changes to change your life for the better. Here are some tips for you:

Accept your uniqueness – It is only by fully accepting your uniqueness, honouring it, embracing it, that you can attain maximum happiness and contentment. Be proud of who you are and your uniqueness every day. If you accept that you’re unique and that the only way to live fully and freely is to let your uniqueness shine, then you can take advantage of everything that comes your way. Find what makes you unique; celebrate it, let it excite you and drive you forward.

Be True to Yourself – To be true to yourself means to act in accordance with who you are and what you believe. When you’re true to yourself, you not only trust the judgments and decisions that you make, but others trust you as well. Knowing who you are and believing in oneself is the foundation for everything great. Staying true to your values, living integrity, being aware of your intentions gives you the greatest chance of making a success from your life.

Cherish Life – Live life to the fullest because you only live once! Cherish every moment of your life. Every new day is another chance to change your life. … Cherish your yesterdays and dream your tomorrows, but most importantly, don’t forget to live your today’s. Love and cherish every moment of your life. Be grateful for what you have. Live every day like it could be your last, because you don’t want to regret what you haven’t done when it’s to late.

Don’t Give Up – When there’s something you want, fight for it. Don’t give up – no matter how hopeless it seems, even when you’ve lost hope. Keep the dream alive don’t let it die. If something deep inside keeps inspiring you to try, don’t stop. And never give up, don’t ever give up. In these moments things can sometimes seem tough, you never know what’s around the corner, so stick with it.

Eradicate Bad Habits – Identify your limiting negative beliefs. Are there habits that drag you down? Are there habits that you know you need to break? List them all. Then, rather than focusing on breaking those habits, focus on creating new positive habits that replace them. Most people have at least one bad habit that they want to get rid of. Breaking a habit is key to self-improvement and succeeding in life.

Find Your Purpose – A powerful question most of us need to ask ourselves at some point in life is “What is my life purpose?” Your purpose is what you have been put on this earth to do. Finding your purpose is like providing yourself with a compass to direct you in the right path. Life purpose allows you to decide which opportunities to .follow and which to leave behind. Finding your life’s purpose is a necessity to live a happy and fulfilling life.

Give Yourself Time for You – When you plan your week, make it a point to schedule time with your family and friends and activities that help you recharge. Also what you need in your life is some time in your head – time to think , to plan, to dream. This is one of the most rejuvenating gifts you can give yourself! You are always to busy, wanting to get too much done, you need to slow down, and give yourself time to rest.

Harness the power of ‘can’ – Henry Ford said. If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right. Whatever you choose to do to improve your life, getting into the habit of believing you can do anything you put your mind to it. Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, he can achieve. Once you’ve set up a strong foundation of belief, you will find it easy to anything you put your mind to it.

Inside of you is your power- You are more than capable of finding the strength within yourself to overcome adversity and move forward with a happy life. Everything will change in your life, when you change the inside of you. The power to control your destiny is inside you. And only you! When you “ignite your power,” you fire up this amazing strength that you have inside of you right now to do anything you want. Anything!

Joyful living – Begin today to practice joyful living. What do you love to do? What brings you joy? Commit to doing something fun and joyful every day? Make time for joyful living because when you do you’ll find more inspiration and optimism entering your life. Never forget you are responsible for making your life happy and it makes perfect sense to give yourself time right now, don’t wait.

Know yourself: Getting to know yourself, learning to know you own values and motivations finding the skills you have, your personal qualities is in personal development the start of the journey of improvement. Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom. When you embark on a journey of self-awareness and personal development, you are declaring your devotion to know yourself and to better the life you are living.

Live Life To The Fullest – Keep reminding yourself that it’s your life and you are the one responsible for making yourself happy. Other people can add to your happiness, but ultimately it comes down to you to get the most out of life, as nobody else can force you into making positive changes which may improve your lot. So, don’t keep waiting for things to happen for you, as life may just pass you by. Instead, take each day by the scruff of the neck, and learn to make the most of the time you have.

Manage your setbacks – Everyone comes up against obstacles in life, and sometimes these knock you back, even defeat you.. An important part of learning to progress your life is learning to manage setbacks as best you can. This means that you will be able to pick yourself up and move on. You have to bounce back from setbacks, and not let them derail you.

Nurture your health – When you take care of your health you positively affect your happiness, emotional and physical health. To be truly healthy you must nurture all three aspects of your life: your body mind and soul. You have to learn the best ways to nurture your physical and mental health and supercharge your body, mind, and soul in the process. Take care of yourself.

Opportunities await you, grab them – As you go about your day, are you open to what may come your way? Those who are able to identify that life is filled with opportunities and tap into these resources and utilize them will develop themselves and produce the life of their dreams. You will find the way to take your life forward never missing an opportunity.

Perform Random Acts of Kindness – Imagine if everyone had the goal of trying to perform a few random acts of kindness in the day, it could change the whole world. There are many opportunities every day to do something kind for someone else. Wikipedia says that a random act of kindness is: “a selfless act performed by a person or persons wishing to either assist or cheer up an individual… There will generally be no reason other than to make people smile, or be happier.” I urge you to take a moment out and perform a random act of kindness to a stranger, neighbour, friend or family member.

Questions focus your mind – To better focus your thinking try to center yourself with powerful, inspiring questions. If you want to master your life, you must master focus, and this is best achieved through the power of questions which can laser focus your thought. Questions have great power. One right question asked at the right time can change the direction of our lives. Asking yourself powerful questions can lead to personal growth, personal success and in achieving your goals.

Respect Yourself – A lack of self-respect can prevent you from fulfilling your potential. “The worst loneliness is to not be comfortable with yourself.” ~ Mark Twain Self-respect is a fundamental for a great life. If you respect yourself and you love yourself, that’s the only way anybody else is going to. Choosing to respect yourself is one of the most important decisions you can make it, because if you do not respect yourself and consider yourself as important, everything you do in your life will be inert and will be carried out in a half-hearted way.

Stay Open To All Possibilities – One really, really bad habit we all have is shooting ourselves in the foot before we even start the race. You can never tell from what direction your gift will be coming, so you must stay open to all possibilities within one’s own life and then life’s circumstances will open up with much more choices in one’s life. There are always possibilities that can come your way, but you have to be ready to grasp them. Don’t let them disappear before you’ve even noticed them.

Take time for gratitude – Appreciate all that you have in life – The more you look at what you do have in life; your health, friends, a paying job, etc.. .it is easier to see how much you truly do have to be appreciative of. It can make your problems seem not so big. There is magic in your life, you’ve just got to give yourself time to see it, and appreciate it.

Understand you are in control of your happiness – No one is in control of your happiness but you; therefore, you have the power to change anything about yourself or your life. You are in control of your own happiness. It comes from you, and radiates from you to others — then they send it back. Leading a life where you view happiness as a birth right within your control will help you control your own happiness .

Vanquish all your excuses – The common excuses are of course I’m too tired. I don’t have the time. I don’t feel motivated. I’d rather do nothing. I don’t have the money. Well it’s time for you to stop making excuses. When we get really honest with ourselves, we realise that many of the ‘reasons’ why we haven’t done something, or don’t do what is necessary are just excuses that are holding us back in life. It’s up to you to now give yourself the reasons why you should be doing things, no longer just excuses for not doing them.

Willing to change – Consider how your life will improve by making the changes you want. How will your future look then. It’s your life; nobody can change it but you. If you aren’t willing to change, then nothing in this world can make you do so. Once you accept that your life can be better than it is now, then you are ready to change. Every one of us is capable of making massive changes we just have to be determined to do so.

X-Ray your life. Examine closely your current life – A key factor in getting out of life what you want, you must spend time better knowing how things are working out for you in the here and now. You must start to take notice of what’s really happening, and what you are actually doing. So check in periodically to gauge the progress you are making.

You Are Responsible – Accepting responsibility for your life is a must. Don’t blame other people for the bad things that happen in your life. Don’t blame your family, friends, boss, or the economy. Whether your life goes up or down depends on you and you alone. Once you take the responsibility, real change is within your reach.

Zest up your life – When you have a zest for life you radiate confidence, energy and enthusiasm. You simply love life waking up every morning with a smile on your face. Throughout the day you will not miss a single moment which gives you the opportunity to cherish what you have, who you are and where you’re heading. Let your life be driven by passion and a zest for life.

So start changing your life positively by finding the things you need to change. Begin to adopt some of these tips and things will begin to change in your life.
