You have to be willing to burn all the bridges behind you and keep moving forward regardless of anything that happens along the way. This is a binding commitment towards the commitment that you are giving yourself and this goal. DO NOT SIGN THIS UNLESS YOU ARE 100% COMMITTED! Remember, this is a promise to yourself, so make it a meaningful one.

    When the whole process is set out so clearly and with such accountability, it makes the contract very binding indeed. It is easy to see why many people struggle with keeping to their goals. It’s all about commitment and being accountable to yourself and the end result is definitely worth it!
