Deep inside of you is a dream.

You cannot snap your fingers and make your dreams come true!

It’s harder than that I’m afraid.

But everyone one of you has a dream deep inside. Yes deep inside of you is a dream. But how powerful is it within you?

Once you have connected to that dream, you can’t give up on it.

Obstacles may appear to prevent you from reaching your dream, but you can’t stop there. You have the ability to overcome those obstacles, and reach the dream you desire.

Remember the words of Martin Luther King Jr who once said “I have a dream.”

Are you willing to keep working hard, day in and  day out, to keep your dreams alive? Or did you have a dream, you wanted to achieve so much, but that you’ve now given up on it?  Perhaps what brings you here, is you have a dream, so far unachieved, and now you’re close to giving up.

We all have hopes and dreams. Some people keep their dreams really small, unimportant, giving very little power, because they won’t allow themselves to be disappointed, fear is a powerful limitation on them. . They refuse to fail. So they do not try. Because of that, they’ll never achieve something truly great, because Nothing great ever came easy. No pain no gain is a saying I very much believe in.

I say again you cannot snap your fingers, or click your fingers and just make your dreams come true. Your dreams take time.

But, if you want to create the life that you were meant to live, you are going to have to learn to be patient and keep believing, standing strong against all obstacles.

Isn’t it time for you to start creating the life you want.

We all have the ability to achieve anything we put our mind to.

Today, I challenge you to revisit the dreams lying dormant in your heart,

You know that deep inside of you is a dream.

See ahead. Imagine the life you’ve always dreamed of living. No barrier or obstacle having stopped you. Picture your life rich with success and accomplishment, boundless physical energy, deep loving relationships, and a complete sense of fulfilment.

Now visualise your journey to this point.

What “one step” can you take today toward a desire that seems impossible if you look at the whole journey?

Realise you will reach your goal moment by moment, day by day once you start taking small steps everyday.

Doing this, I mean really doing this, you will be able to bring inspiration and strategy together, working together to produce massive results that will change your life forever.

So do something for yourself today.

If you do not take action on a goal or a dream it will eventually die.

Be decisive and take action

‘Take the first step; You do not need to see the whole staircase before you, just take the first step in faith.’ Dr Martin Luther King

First ask yourself this question :

What dream do I have that I’m not moving toward?

Now ask yourself:

What single step can I take toward resolving the problem and living my dream?

Take out a piece of paper and write down everything that comes into your mind after asking yourself these question above. It can also be creative and fun to create a vision board. Fill your vision board with pictures and words of whatever it is you are dreaming of.

Maybe you will one day understand the reason I advocate discovering your passion and spending your time doing what matters, is that it gives you a power beyond anything to take your life to a new level. When you follow your passions you are inspired. You come to realise the impossible is possible. And you wake up every morning excited by the prospects of your day ahead.

Please comment, let me know what it will take for you to follow your dreams and create the life you want.

Never let your dream die!

I’ve embraced this concept for many years. I find that the process of journaling is a helpful tool, as it gives me time during the day to sort through my thoughts and clear my head. Recording dreams, noticing repetitive cycles, recognizing where those timely “accidents” crop up that bring new experiences – writing it all out focuses my conscious mind on what it happening to me and around me. Then I can see clear patterns that are leading me in a specific direction. If I’m living in an unaware state of mind, then I’m not being an active participant in my own life. Living consciously is what works best for me.
