If you have purchased any Healthy Lifestyle Plan Membership in the past and it has now expired (for whatever reason) you will need to re-activate your subscription. You will not be able to purchase a healthy lifestyle plan membership again. To manage your subscription, log in to your account first and then go to your subscription settings.
