Breaking Through

What do I mean by breaking through? Well have you ever felt like you are continually trying to break through and always seem to hit brick walls that don’t break. In fact the harder you try the more resistance you seem to come up against.

Life has a way of letting you know that it’s time to change course. The resistance could be due to your need to reassess the direction you are taking?

It could also be a fear deep within you that wants to cling onto your comfort zone. Breaking through represents a different life, different challenges and expectations.

Your subconscious mind is programmed to work on the habits you have built up over a life time.

Breaking through to you ultimate success and leaving everything behind represents a radical shift in who you are and what you have always done.

So what is the answer?

You have observed many people who find it difficult to take that final conquering step to the summit of their mountain. Some have been able to finally breakthrough.

Yet many fall by the way side.

Why?

Because they give up. They choose to find a different path for conquering their mountain. Unfortunately this can become a habit and the mountain then becomes unconquerable.

How do you begin to change the programming that hinders your breakthrough moment?

This is the interesting point, the how do you do it?

Many people talk about and have incredible wisdom in regards to breaking through yet it is hard to explain to somebody else how it actually eventually did happen.

What were the triggers?  How were they implemented? Is there a recipe people can follow?

Having a recipe would make it simple.

Unfortunately it is not that simple. You see the answer lies within the complexities of who you are. It lies in your life experiences and how you have reacted it to what life has dished out to you.

There maybe experiences  in your childhood that you have carried as excessive baggage without realizing it.

You may need to revisit these and weed them out of your life forever.

Napoleon Hill talks about the six ghosts of fear.

There are six basic fears, with some combination of which every human suffers at one time or another.

Most people are fortunate if they do not suffer from the entire six.

Named in the order of their most common appearance, they are:–

  • The fear of POVERTY
  • The fear of CRITICISM
  • The fear of ILL HEALTH
  • The fear of LOSS OF LOVE OF SOMEONE
  • The fear of OLD AGE
  • The fear of DEATH

These can become a limiting factor on your ability for breaking through to massive success. Harboring one or more of these fears can lead to indecision and self doubt. When this occurs breaking through becomes a massive hurdle.

The good news is that by identifying these ghosts and realizing how they came about goes a long way to eradicating them from impacting on you.

Fears are nothing more than states of mind. One’s state of mind is subject to control and direction.

Mastering control over your mind is the answer!

It is all about the way you are thinking about breaking through. If your mind is a steel trap totally fixed on the end goal then all of your negative thoughts and negative energy will dissipate into insignificance.

In fact you will not be doubting  or allowing fear to even become a factor in the equation of breaking through.

Becoming aware of your thoughts is crucial.

What is it that you are thinking in relation to breaking through. This knowledge will allow you to accept any negative thoughts you may be having and remain totally fixated on the end goal just the same.

Have you experienced anxiety and fear at a time you were breaking through to succeed at something?
