Its a small world suddenly flashed through my head today as I sit here on my computer talking and working with my business partners in the UK.

Breaking patterns of destructive behaviour can be achieved by identifying the behaviours and accepting that they make up who you are.

I connect with people just starting out on the career road. So many seem dejected early on by what they see as a lack of opportunities and the uncertainties of a volatile economy. They don’t seem to be able to determine for themselves the best route to take.

Well this week I definitely experienced a sequence of events that knocked my socks off. Our day could not have gone more perfect if we tried. The strange thing is, unusually what happened wasn’t planned in the slightest. Maybe that’s what made what things even more remarkable.

My mother instilled in me the necessity of working hard in pursuit of my dreams, to be willing to toil in support of my family and allow my passions to guide my life. Within this message I believe she provided me with the secret of success.

When you’re stuck in a rut, it saps your energy and holds you back from achieving anything in your life. You feel overwhelmed, so confused you don’t know how to be happy. You know the feeling. Waking up to just another day with nothing motivating you. One day no different to the other. You just cannot find anything to excite you. You wonder what can you do to change your life. You have no idea in your mind what to do next or even now. You are lost.

We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths. Walt Disney

The Digital Age is a period in history characterized by the shift from traditional industry to an economy based on the information computerization. The internet is having a profound effect on the way we work, live and learn. I’m very fortunate to have in the last three years built a business that has very much benefited from this as it is totally online.

No matter what life throws at you its important to never give up on your dreams. Even when things get really difficult, don’t stop. The journey that your dream takes you on is part of the reward itself, and who you become in the process is what makes you the great person you were destined to become.

Today I want to try and answer the question what is karma? You find me in a state of contemplation, deeply reflecting on my journey as a personal development blogger. Well this weekend I had the misfortune of watching my football team losing to one of their greatest rivals. Even worse our best player from last season, now playing for them, scored against us in about three minutes.
